Press the button “Make an inquiry“ or “Request to All“ (When asking everyone, you can choose which catering companies or wedding agencies your inquiry will reach).

Enter the details of your inquiry and submit it.

You choose which catering company or wedding agency will carry out your event.

After the event, log back into your account at cateringsforhope.com and go to the “request cashback” menu.

In your personal profile, in the menu “request cashback“ - choose from the drop-down menu, the catering company or the wedding agency that carried out your event. Enter the invoice data for the event: amount, date and invoice number and select the “request cashback“ button.

After verification, within 7 days you will receive your cashback, and it will accumulate in your personal profile in the "wallet" menu.

Choose a charity cause to help, log in to your account in the menu “wallet“ and select “Withdraw all“, “Donate all“ or “Donate half and withdraw half“. When you choose to donate the amount, you will be able to choose, from a drop-down menu, the charity cause you wish to help. If you hesitate, you can look at all the charity causes from the “see all charity causes” button.

After you choose a charity cause and press the “Donate” button, the amount in your wallet will reset and we will transfer it to the charity cause that you choose and you will receive an official certificate in your name for your donation from the charity responsible for that cause.

If you choose to withdraw your cashback, the amount in your wallet will reset and we will transfer it to your bank account. To be able to do this, you need to enter your bank account info in your profile data, from the “Settings“ menu.
